How do I reset my BubblyNet cloud services password?
BubblyNet cannot view your password. You can reset your Cloud Services password by visiting Cloud Service's and clicking the forgot password link.
- 1: Access cloud services and click the link below the login.
- 2: Input the email associated with the account.
- 3: If the email is a valid account email, a password reset token will be sent to the email.
- 4: Click the link to launch a web browser with a reset form.
- 5: Change your password.
This account change will be present on all BubblyNet cloud services and mobile applications - iOS app, Android app, Touchscreens, OEM tools, and Gateway. To continue to control your Bluetooth® Mesh network, please use this password in the future.
How do I remotely access my network?
This requires a BubblyNet Gateway or Touchscreen. Contact your BubblyNet sales representative for more information. From BubblyNet.com, access cloud services and complete the following steps:
- Use your username and password that you created with the app or were provided by your BubblyNet support contact. Don't know your password? Use the cloud services password function to reset it.
- On the home screen, you will see all networks you have permissions to see. Note: This need to be imported for control.
- 1. Click the green switch icon to import the network to be control. You only need to do this once, or to load new changes.
- Once loaded, the "groups" will be available for selection. If you have lots of groups you can search for the one you like, or use the parent-to-child menu to find the one to control.
- 1. After selecting the group, you will have access to the control panel for that group. From here you can control: Power, Color*, Intensity*, Tunable White*, and switch between your favorite groups.

How do I switch groups from the Remote Control Panel?
While the control panel is active, you can click your Favorite Groups on the bottom of the control panel to jump directly to another group. The control panel currently supports 4 groups marked as a favorite at one time.
To jump back to the groups manager and modify your favorites, search for a different group, or simply to view your network - you can click the group icon or current group title. That will direct you to the full groups manager for the current network.
I'm a basic user, and need higher level of permissions but don't have or know my project manager.
If you're a basic user and don't know who your pro level user is or don't have one, you can request a permissions upgrade through BubblyNet. Please fill out the Permissions Upgrade from and BubblyNet support will assist in getting you upgraded to a higher level.
How do I set a page as default?
Click the bookmark in the upper right hand of the top navigation. This will set the current page to be the page that immediately loads when a user is already logged in.
How do I manage user permissions for my network?
- Login to Cloud Services https://core.bubblynet.com.
- Navigate to https://core.bubblynet.com/permissions/manager.
- If you have permissions to a network (created from the mobile app). You will see a list of networks, click on the "Manage Network" button for the network you want to manage permissions for.
How do I add a user to my network?
Option 1:
1. In the search input box, start to type in a user, a list of suggestions will come up to choose from if the user already has an account (see screenshot below).

2. Click on the "Add User" button, a confirm modal will come up, click the "Confirm" button to add this user to your network (as a basic user).

Option 2:
1. Click the "Create Invite" button (under your username).

How do I change a user's permission level on my network?
1. Click on the edit button located on the row of user information (if this button is disabled, then you do not have permissions to change another user's level in the network).
2. Choose the level you want to change the user's permissions on, click the "Change User" button to confirm the change.
How do I remove a user from my network?
1. Click on the delete button located on the row of user information (if this button is disabled, then you do not have permissions to change another user's level in the network).
2. Click on the "Remove User" button (this will remove all permissions this user has to the network).
I'm a "Basic" user, not able to change another user's permissions (user level)
A basic user on a network does not have permission to make any edits to another user on a network (Basic, Advanced or Pro).
If you need a higher permission level, please contact the "Pro" user for the network.
I'm an "Advanced" user, not able to change another user's permissions (user level)
An "Advanced" user on a network does not have permission to make any edits to any other "Advanced" or "Pro" user on a network. However, an Advanced user is able to make changes to any "Basic" user.
If you need a higher permission level, please contact the "Pro" user for the network.

A "Pro" user on a network does not have permission to make any edits to any other "Pro" user on a network. However, a "Pro" user is able to make changes to any "Basic" or "Advanced" user.

How do I navigate to my network groups?
- Login to Cloud Services .
- If you have permissions to a network (created from the mobile app). Click on the "Control" navigation dropdown menu. This will display a list of networks you have permissions to.
- Click on the network you want to control the groups on.

How do I find a group to control?
Option 1:
Click on the "Search Groups" navigation button. All of the groups that have been created in the network will show up here. Use the search input box to quickly find the group you are looking for.
Option 2:
Click on the "All Groups" navigation button. All of your groups are located here, however they are nested under parent groups. Click on the "More >" button to go deeper into your nested groups (relationships).
What is the star icon used for?
The star icon is used to show if you have a group saved as a favorite or not. The intended use is to have the groups you typically control and want to get to quickly.
