Why is my username a random series of characters?

Depending on how long you've been using the BubblyNet mobile apps to manage your Bluetooth Mesh Networks, you may have been assigned a "generic account". This account was created so you could back up and restore from our Cloud Services.

This user account will provide you access to back up your networks to our cloud, access to other Cloud services like remote access, OEM Tool management, and network permissions management.

It is highly recommended to update this "generic account" to something more standard and useable like a normal username/password account in your App Settings.
