What are basic, advanced, pro user levels?
Our user account systems are based on user roles for easier network management. Any network you personally create on the App will be assigned a Pro user with all rights to network management and control. If BubblyNet creates a network for you, we will be Pro and only assign Advanced level unless the user has gone through BubblyNet's approval or training process.
- 1. A Basic user is a person who can access the network for control but can not modify the network. They can access groups, control the Bluetooth Mesh groups and devices. They can access remote control.
- 2. An Advanced user is a person who can access the network, add devices and groups, and has all the same control rights as a basic user. This is enough for the majority of use cases.
- 3. A Pro user has all the abilities of an Advanced user, a Basic user, and full control to the network. A Pro user can modify any value on the network and can also damage the network. Because of this, Pro user rights should be limited to one person on a network.
If needed and upon request -- BubblyNet's support team can add Pro permissions on a limited-time basis.
