How to create a new provisioner on the Mobile App?

New provisioners would be automatically created when a new network is imported into an account. Only Pro users can manually create new provisioners. To create a new provisioner manually, go to 'Settings' -> 'Provisioners'. Click on '+' in the top right and select 'Done'.
