How do I start a design project?

Login to Cloud Services https://core.bubblynet.com/.
Navigate to https://core.bubblynet.com/sitedesigner/projects.
If you have permissions to a network (created from the mobile app). You will see a list of projects, click on the "View Project" button for the network you wish to start a project with.
