How do I remotely access my network?

This requires a BubblyNet Gateway or Touchscreen. Contact your BubblyNet sales representative for more information. From BubblyNet.com, access cloud services and complete the following steps:

1. Use your username and password that you created with the app or were provided by your BubblyNet support contact. Don't know your password? Use the cloud services password function to reset it.
2. On the home screen, you will see all networks you have permissions to see. Note: This need to be imported for control.
3. 1. Click the green switch icon to import the network to be control. You only need to do this once, or to load new changes.
4. Once loaded, the "groups" will be available for selection. If you have lots of groups you can search for the one you like, or use the parent-to-child menu to find the one to control.
5. 1. After selecting the group, you will have access to the control panel for that group. From here you can control: Power, Color*, Intensity*, Tunable White*, and switch between your favorite groups.
