Can I change user permissions for my users on my network?
You can change the permissions on a network by accessing "Permissions Manager" from either the mobile application (Network > Settings > Permissions Management) or the Cloud Services Permission Manager.
This web application is used to manage the existing users of a Bluetooth Mesh Network. From this tool an Advanced or Pro level user can do the following:
- 1. Manage existing users' access levels.
- 2. Search for users and directly add an existing user to the mesh network.
- 3. Generate invite emails for sending to new users.
Note: Changes are dependent on your user level. An advanced user cannot change themselves to Pro but a Pro user can change an Advanced user to Basic.
