Do I need a GPS TimeKeeper in order to set and use schedules?

No, you can create schedules with your BubblyNet system through the BubblyNet App and also use the app to ensure the time is accurate. However, in an environment where the BubblyNet app will not be used, a GPS TimeKeeper will publish a time update message several times per day to keep all the devices synchronized and your scheduled events highly accurate (within 10 seconds).
