Common Success, Warning, and Error Messages
BubblyNet's Cloud Services is a secure, maintained, Cloud environment for remotely accessing Networks. However, certain error messages do appear and for your reference we update this list.
a) User has been logged out errors. This is a not an error but a normal operation in web application usage. Sign back into your account with your username / password combination. If you've forgotten your password - you can use the password reset form.
b) User receives a CORS error. This is not an error but a security permission. The webpage has made a request outside its allowed permissions. Typically, this is from a user accessing the same domain in multiple ways (i.e.: Using http and https in different tabs). Refresh the page, and login. If the error occurs again - please contact support@bubblynet.com
c) User receives a HTTP errors (404, 403, 400). HTTP errors are common error codes on the internet to let a browser, server, or user know that something happened. For example, a HTTP code of 200 is a success code and a HTTP error of 404 is a missing page. BubblyNet tracks these errors for support and troubleshooting.
d) User receives a server error (500). This is a fatal error and if the server returns a 500, there is something wrong with Cloud Services that will require technical support. BubblyNet actively monitors for these errors and a technician is notified in real-time that this error has occurred. We will be reviewing this for immediate support and resolution.
e) User receives a gateway error. This is generally a fatal error that has occurred and there is an issue with the code running on the server. BubblyNet's cloud services has multiple gateways running and this error should only occur if a code had a serious flaw. BubblyNet actively monitors for these errors and a technician is notified in real-time that this error has occurred. We will be reviewing this for immediate support and resolution.
