What is the "Bookmark" feature?

The "Bookmark" feature sets that page to be the default page when a user loads up Cloud Services (and signs in). This allows a user to set Cloud Services to load up their most important feature immediately.

This doesn't change the navigation or home page, it just saves the selected page as the first page to show.
