Once the electrical installation is completed and network is powered up, then the scanning for devices with the BubblyNet App can begin. The App recognizes the dual channel drivers as such, add them to the network and subscribe them to the group you selected.
You can now experience the ultimate in simplicity and sophistication:
- Clicking on the Tunable White icon, gives access to controls and settings:
- The fist card is the most used one.
- It gives access to:
- Select a specific CCT by taping in the swatch and entering the 4-digit Kelvin Temperature
- Name a specific CCT and save it taping and holding on the swatch. Color can be then recalled for any group of area of the network.
- CCT slider and + and - buttons for fine selection of the CCT
- Lightness/Intensity control
- Transition time between two selections or when selecting new color
- Delay setting time between command and execution.
A Sweep towards the left gives access to the second card:
The Programmable Warm Dim page allows the selection of the preferred Dim to Warm curve. With this selection, the luminaire will be controlled as if it was a Warm Dim source, that is, it will automatically adjust the CCT, based on the curve selected, as it is dimmed up and down intensity wise. A single channel/dimmer will control and coordinate both intensity and color temperature.
Click on "default mode(Tunable White)” to activate options.
Select the desired curve. There are several curves for Hospitality LED range (1800K to 4000K) as well as Daylight LED range (2700K to 6500K).
Save by taping on the curve selected. The luminaire will now behave as a Warm Dim luminaire.
A sweep towards the left gives access to the third card:
Settings:
Under Default Temperature Range, the range of the Tunable White source of the specific luminaire is selected.
Under Default Temp and Lightness, the state of the luminaire when recovering from a power outage is set.
You could also scan for switches and assign them to the group they will be controlling and assign them a Tunable White functionality. The LED indicators on the keypad can also be programmed to be the color you would prefer.
You can now control ON/OFF, dim and white tune the Tunable White luminaires with an intuitive single gang keypad. No wiring required, no additional controls to be installed; as simple as that.
